This is out 1st time at the Union County St. Patrick's Day Parade in Union, NJ. It is the largest St Patrick's parade in NJ. We saw bands, police, firemen, solders, politicians and just "plain" folks. As soon as we saw the marchers from St Helen's (MeMa and Pop-E's church) we bolted. However on the way to the car we passed by a giant inflated slide and of course we had to try it.
The funniest part of the parade is when Pop-E got us each a pretzel and if cost him $12 for 3 pretzels. Next year he is buying them in Westfield and giving them away for nothing.

We have been missing 3 pairs of shoes/sneakers for a week - we have looked in our house, MeMe and PopPop's house and MeMa and Pop-E's house. We have also looked in all the cars. - they were finally located, hidden in Aunt Anna and Uncle Michael's house - Now Who Hid Them! - That is the QUESTION!

Pop-E took us all to Unique because it was Luke's turn to pick what to do. I got a ball, Daniel got an ugly stuffed animal and Luke got a Batman plane
Also, Pop-E is giving me a Dollar coin ever week, if I take my new medicine without any problem. Luke wanted to know why him and Daniel are not getting anything since he use to have drops put in his eyes. So Pop-E is giving them a quarter each week

Pop-E loves to make things up and is always making us think things that he says is true. Once in a while we talk baby talk and Pop-E knows that Daddy does not like it.
So he is one of Pop-e's latest - He tells us about the Baby Police that looks for 5 year olds who talk like babies and the best is that Daddy is in charge of the organization. Of course Christoppher and I ask him right away if it is a "made up" story but Luke says that the police is not looking for him because he is only 4.

We are at MeMa and Pop-E's and for some reason Luke said that he had Spider Man underwear on, then Christopher said he had sports jockeys on and then I said I did not have any on, because I forgot to put them on in the morning. Pop-E said I was going "COMMANDO" - A line from a FRIENDS TV episode.
We then went to see a Westfield Division 1 girls team play because we thought Uncle Scott was training the team. Westfield lost 10-1 and the girls were all laughing. We were glad when we found out later that it was not Uncle Scott's team.

Daddy has us on a treasurer hunt. We found everything on the list except the last item - Dady hid it under the slopsink in the basement - who would want to find it in that location. Then to MeMa nd Pop-E' for lunch

We are on our way to Friendly's for lunch and Christopher say " I could die for a Friendly's grill cheese sandwich" Pop-e, true to his word had us dance before we went in, to get rid of all the ants in our pants - not enough dancing since they were still making us move around. And we also met Mr Brucia who was eating a VERY VERY VERY BIG ICE CREAM SUNDAE. OH and I think someone put lemon in my ice cream

Pope-E saying that today we were his "3 Irish Lads" for St Patrick's Day. Daniel said he wanted to be Polish, Luke said he wanted to be German and I said I wanted to be either Italian or Irish. Then Pop-E said well at least I have 2 Irish Lads In Massuchettes.

Daddy is going to sign us up for soccer but does not know if he should put us all on the same team or separate Luke from us. Uncle Scott told him to read a chapter in the book "OUTLINERS" that talks about ages of athletes.
"Outliers: The Story of Success" is a non-fiction book written by Malcolm Gladwell and published by Little, Brown and Company on November 18, 2008. One of things in the book is "why are the majority of Canadian ice hockey players born in the first few months of the calendar year.
Well the outcome is that we are on the same soccer and Tball team.

Pop-e took us to the Trailside Nature & Science Center. Daniel and Christopher have been there before because we went to a summer camp there last year. We saw some exhibits, did some reading in their library and found out that New Jersey has a State Dinosaur.
